Kinetic is a Solana-native DEX aggregator backed by Sequoia and Jump. I am the only designer. Before me there was a six-person external agency; I replaced all of it and built the design function from zero, working alongside colleagues out of Jane Street, Citadel, Gemini, Stanford, and Rivian.

End to end means end to end here: research, IA, interaction, visual, motion, developer handoff, and launch QA. One pair of hands, no relay race.

The part I am proudest of is what it did without paying anyone to show up. Kinetic crossed $100M in trading volume before the first rewards season, which means the product did the convincing, not token emissions. On Discord, the thing people said they loved most was the way it looked and felt.
