About Me

I am Nik Verma, a product designer in Chicago.

Right now I am the only designer at Kinetic, a Solana trading platform backed by Sequoia and Jump. The team came from Jane Street, Citadel, Gemini, Stanford, and Rivian, and they run with exactly one designer, which is me. I own the product, the brand, and the design system underneath both.

Before that I designed OpenClaw Studio, the open source dashboard for OpenClaw. I designed it and shipped the front end myself in TypeScript and React. Earlier I was the first designer at Curve Finance, drawing the interface for DeFi back when DeFi had no interfaces, and Staff Product Designer at Irreverent Labs, building AI tools before the category went mainstream.
